Post Show Blues!

Post Show Blues!

Ladies and gentlemen,

Well, after months of blood, sweat and tears our show has come to a close. Our busiest time is behind us and we now have the chance to reflect on great memories throughout this past year. Not only do we take a break from performing but also the end of our week long engagement of 42nd Street marks the temporary closure of the Gaiety Theatre, Ayr. This period signifies a time of recuperation and refurbishment.  The time comes for the Gaiety to benefit from a well deserved makeover, with it being restored to its former glory, making it fit for future generations of performers and theatre goers alike. The fantastic worksmart contracts from Kilmarnock have been appointed to carry out the well overdue refurbishment. You can read more about it here…

On behalf of the whole company I would like to thank you for coming along and supporting our most recent production “42nd Street”, and what an amazing production it was. Loved by all those who came to see us perform, I’m sure you’ll agree with our Facebook followers and some of their comments…

“Fabulous show loved it tap routines were amazing xx”

“Congratulations on a superb show everyone, thoroughly enjoyed it! ☺️ AAOC oozes talent you should be so proud of yourselves, enjoy the after party!”

So a short break for us and then we will be getting ready to start rehearsals for next year’s show…

Throughout the season we will be running events open to members and patrons, so if you would like to come along why not consider becoming a patron? Keep up to date with what we are up to via our Social Media Pages below or sign up to our mailing list… HERE!
